And for this I am sad,

My faults are on my mind,
Desolately left behind

I regret my deeds,
But please do heed,

I was harsh and rough,
Left you when times were tough,
My real colors,

It hurts to see you cry,
As life passes us by,
My pure soul,

I committed a crime,
But cannot take back time,
My true colors,
I am sorry.
The reason for my ways
Is my red suffering days,
My real colors,

I can’t take it back
But can give you what I lack
