Tomorrow
So I’m standing in the kitchen waiting on the lawn
Feeling as the rain pounds down
Upon me
And I can’t feel my fingertips
Or speak with my tongue
Everything is melting
It’s all going wrong
I wish I knew which way to turn
Is it left or is it right
And I didn’t know you were always watching me
Or that you always came through
So I standing in the middle of the freeway
Watching cars fly past
Thinking of yesterday
Dreaming of yesterday
Wishing for yesterday
Nothing good can ever last
I can taste the rain drops
And I can see the clouds
When is it ever going to be
Tomorrow?
