Fluttering around,
catching everyone's eye.
They "ooo" and "ahh"
but I scamper away in disgust.
Because I know
what you really are like,
Hairy and nasty
with prickly little legs
that send chills down my spine
at the thought of them.
Black, buggy eyes
that give a fickle, innocent stare.
And every time I spot you,
you charge right towards me
each prickly, hairy part,
trying to lure me in...
But I know
what you really are like.
