Lucid Nights
Lucid nights will come to those
Whose sentiments are juxtapose
With besieging light, the night
Then carries off with crescendos.
The lamp that carries victory
Finds absolution and breathes free
In its freedom's plight, delight
Relinquishes her feckless foes.
Clear is the Sunrise that will bring
A unity of love whose ring
Is the Brakeman's mark, though stark
The path to Him may be.
God shed his tear upon the face
Of those who cannot see his grace
Through the lucid night, no plight
Does shone its eyes when Him they see.
