Our love
for each other
hides deep inside
like a child
under his covers
scared of the dark.
He protects me
with his shield
and armor
Yet
We fight
Among ourselves
like warriors
pinching
and punching
and best of all
pillow fighting
He makes me laugh
like a clown in a circus
or the three stooges
fighting among themsleves.
But best of all,
I can send him my love
Without uttering a sound
Or saying those three little words
Or getting all mushy.
He's my big brother.
