Baseball
Flowers start to bloom,
as I look outside my room.
I see the sadness on my face,
the luring temptation to get to second base
ball, baseball, I really want to play.
That baseball bat I really want to sway.
My mama won't let me out today
to which I really have nothing to say
because I am just like a shooting star,
who likes to travel far.
And in the end I hear children cheer,
as I'm running for my baseball gear.
