you shift me, breaking waves underneath a nectarine sky
like bristles around my tongue, an avalanche was swung

you rock me, arched passion between each sigh
like abrupt change in season, sweet to give me reason

you kiss me, baring skin of blue comforts that lift us high
like the birth of earthquake hips, warm feeling in your grips

you hold me, tangled in second hands that never die
like touch to my shadow aglow, as its lifted from below

you change me, worn static in sounds and a pleasant cry
like drowning amidst the tears, always keep me near.
