selflessly selfish

heat, this thing exists between us
no hatred, yet the fire soars
exhausted from this inferno, we lie
peacefull in the flaming grass around us
yet we see no red, only the beautiful blue of the angelic eyes
and we stay, unable to move, and unwanting to
my parched breath given the elixir of life
stay a while, be still a while
the suns rays beat down, and i feel nothing but calm
we feel nothing but calm.
two entities existing on one heart
we are here only for eachother
therefore only for ourselves
selflessly selfish, we lie.
