Belief seems to have come upon these people,
that the once normal pleasure is evil.
Some seep far down to believe,
that we never deserve some relief.
Forget your life leave the complication,
send you thoughts off in summer facination,
no set goals or final destination,
come back to Earth and realization.
Feeling superior but thoughts are hangin,
I can touch your thoughts and see your mind raging.
No sure sign of soft rebellion,
once you've had it you'll never go back again.
Young wisdom will destroy your old ignorance,
long gone the trails of going out relentless,
looking back and forth but nothing is making sense,
now the mat is down and your still motionless.
Take my act off love and place it in your head,
You'll realize how much I care as you lie awake in bed.
I dream of the day you'll turn your head and smile,
how naive you are tells me it's going to be awhile.

A poem written out of anger about one of my complicated relationships.
