My shadow is my special friend
It follows me around.
Instead of standing up to leave it lays upon the ground.
When the sun is up in the day
My shadow and I get to play.
But when the sun sets, and dark comes upon me
My shadow hides so I can not see.
My shadow and I have a special bond
And we'll be together,
Far and beyond!!
