The Path MAG

Reality hits
I take a step back
Look at the damage around
And hold back a laugh.
It never used to be like this
I was good at hiding what was real
But denial only goes so far
Pain only ignored until you can feel.

Smoke rises from the ashes
Another ruin on the side of the road
But the path continues
On and on it goes.
Will it happen again?
No doubt, nothing ever stops changing
So I will continue on
With life forever rearranging.
