I stop my breath
And watch all fade
The life of ending
A soulless night

1500
Years at court
Lover's lust
A box of Queen's jewels

A world away

The axe at dawn
With treasure chest
In the garden of rotting
Labyrinth of bodies
A 2-year-old without life
Lying face down
Sailing the paths of hell

A world away

Solder without his sword
An angel without its wings
Smile without joy
Tower with haunting men
Destined for less

Dreams wither, beliefs stay hidden
Until I hear, the first sigh of love

The candle dies
One man lives
King's hate
Queen's love

A world away

Wows. This is sad but sweet and I love the hint of fantasy in it. I love seeing your comments, so I will read all of your work too like you read mine. Oh, and there is more. Much. I have like, ten (maybe more) things pending right now. All of them are poems but I'm working on a short story right now about mysterious stranger.
