Sitting on the bedside table,
on the wall,
around wrist.
Counting off seconds.
Are we done with this?
New halls, new place;
But it comes and goes quick.
Give me a second to grasp this.

Wanting to leave.
A doubtful dare, daring me.
Crossing your heart,
That it might just bleed.
It comforts me.
Help me escape.
If only today.
And a year can be an eternity.
Help me escape.
If only today.

We raise our eyes.
Moments go by.
Shouldn't we live this life?
Maybe we're full of pride.
Counting old dreams.
They sit full of deep leaps.
Wrestling with enmity
I do anything to be deceived.
It's all in my dreams.

Wanting to leave.
A doubtful dare, daring me.
Crossing your heart,
That it might just bleed.
It comforts me.
Help me escape.
If only today.
And a year can be an eternity.
Help me escape.
If only today.

They say, "be young, it'll fly fast."
but I count seconds,
That look at me and laugh.
My only threat,
Is what will come next.
And as the clock dies,
So do our young eyes.
