It'll Be Alright
Some people just don’t care,
Causing others overwhelming despair.
They scream out insults, calling them nerds,
Little do they know that pain comes from words.
What they fail to see,
Is the pain they cause makes victims plea.
They consider themselves equal to dirt,
The ones they hurt.
Someday it will all become too much,
The ones they hurt will be afraid of touch.
Too weak to fight back,
These children, someday, will surely crack.
We shouldn’t let it get this extreme,
Kids, everyday, are losing their self-esteem.
Together, we will fight,
So that we’re able to tell every child that it will be alright.
