On The Edge

i went to the mountains edge
to stare down at the sea
i knew nothing could be more beautiful
then the scenery before me
i closed my eyes tightly
and jumped into the air
my mind was thinking all sorts of things
but my heart told me not to care
the wind watched on suspensfully
as i jumped off that peak
the waves of the sea below declared
i was no longer weak
i felt everything change
my heart quenched it's self with love
i grew my wings in an instant
and became a snow white dove
