Come build a fire with me.
We'll take our time and make it a good one.
We'll light up the world,
and burn down a forest.
But, it'll be worth it.

We'll go fishing in the morning,
and ride trains at night.
We'll talk softly, slowly,
until the break of daylight.

Come build a fire with me.
We'll keep ourselves warm at night,
and keep the bugs away,
and make the wrong things right.

We'll eat berries, and run in circles,
and swim in rivers, and poke at turtles.
We'll climb up trees, and watch the sunsets,
and pick flowers, and drink rain droplets.

Come build a fire with me.
But, only if you're ready.
It's better to wait a bit,
if you notice rain clouds settling.
