We clung to the edge
Of a crumbling world
Hundreds of wings beat
When the ravens took flight
Soaring into the dawn
Leaving us alone
To hold tight
We made no
Glass promises
Or swore to
Love forever
But let go
Of the world we knew
Kissed each other
And flew
