Cutting the pain away.
Painful pleasure turns to pleasing pain.
Memories still haunt its prey.
Lingering, hopeful despair everyday.

Your love has bound me
I can't get free
There’s nothing more for me.
I need the end to set me free.

My heart was taken by you,
Broken, in pieces now because of you
You don't die from a broken heart,
You only wish you did.

You left me with nothing
But I've worked with less.
Compassion, is this rope’s last sting
Before I jump with less.

I like it. Very... truthful. Try reading "Void," by me. I think you might like it. Let me know.
