Wake up in a place you don't know,
can't remember how you let yourself go there
Blue eyes foggy,
head throbbing
this happens every morning after the party.

One too many drinks, perhaps maybe more
you don't remember how you got to the floor.
Stop and wonder who you are,
Label yourself, are you a loser or a star?

Smells like
Cheap perfume,
and even cheaper clothes,
smokes to get high,
keeps her out of the lows
Look around, who is she?
Nobody knows

Trying to see through the haze,
just can't see through the haze,
just can't cut to the chase,
Just won't stop and face,
what are you running from?

Stand up, try not to fall.
Fail again, so you start to crawl.
Make up smeared,
hang-over banging your head,
you'll end up partying until you're dead.

One too many drinks, perhaps maybe more
you don't remember how you got to the floor.
Stop and wonder who you are,
Label yourself, are you a loser or a star?

Smells like
Cheap perfume,
and even cheaper clothes,
smokes to get high,
keeps her out of the lows
Look around, who is she?
Nobody knows

Trying to see through the haze,
just can't cut to the chase,
Just won't stop and face,
what are you running from?
What are you running from?
Keep trying to see through the haze,
Your mind is lost in the self created maze.
What are you running from?
What are you running from?

The smell of cheap perfume,
and even cheaper clothes,
smell of smoke to get high,
so you don't feel so low?
Look around you,
no one knows who you are.
Stand and label yourself,
are you a loser or a star?

What are you running from?
What are you running from?
What are you running from
