Every shoe has a story
Each one shares a tale.
Some show their glory,
Others look old and frail.

Sneakers show style,
They show willingness to run.
You can wear them for awhile,
Until they've had all their fun.

Crocks show comfort,
But class is lacking.
There not meant for sport,
But they are sure good for walking.

Flats are for females,
They are innocent and sweet.
Not meant for males,
They show cleavage on feet.

Slip-ons are for the lazy,
Used for all types of the year.
They aren’t really that crazy,
But they do not show fear.

When wearing boots you say,
“Get ready for adventure.”
Doesn’t matter what time of day,
You can start your venture.

High heels are for a night on the town.
They show daringness and fun.
At the end of the night you might want to sit down,
For your feet feel like they are done.

Though many like to wear shoes,
There are those who like bare feet.
They would rather bruise,
Then not feel the concrete.

Every shoe has a story
Each one shares a tale.
Some show their glory,
Others look old and frail.
