What He Doesn't Know

May 24, 2009
What he doesn’t know,
Is I watch how he walks,
How he talks,
What he doesn’t know,
Is that he leaves me speechless half of the time,
And he can bring a tear to my eye,
What he doesn’t know,
Is that I study his eyes,
And voice,
What he doesn’t know,
Is how I want to hold him close,
Never letting him go,
What he doesn’t know,
Is his heartbeat is the music to my life,
Always matching my mood,
What he’ll never know,
Is the way I love him so.

Wow! I'm speechless. I absolutely adore this poem, and I can totally, 100% relate. If you read the majority of my poems, they are all based on the same person, and after some persistance, I learned that he (my muse), just like me, did everything that you mentioned in this poem. This is truly a beautiful piece of work. I love it :)
