Breathe

With every rise and fall of my chest,
I feel I need to hold my breath,
To take in being together,
Through all this stormy weather,
Outside the wind blows,
But here I have a warm embrace,
To help me get by,
Knowing these arms will pick me up if ever I fall,
I love you,
And you better know it,
With every square inch of your heart,
Because this is where I want to be,
So I let it out,
Have faith to breathe,
Knowing you’re here to stay with me.
