Celebrities and supermodels are what most teens want to be
But I just want to be me
I stand at five feet eight
Destined to do and be great
Being me means staying in school
Rather then hanging on the streets like a fool
Being me means saying no to things that aren’t right
Being me means showing the world that I am intelligent and bright
Being me means trying new things
Being me means loving to sing
Celebrities and supermodels are what most teens want to be
But I am proud just to be me!
