Legacy and Action

The opportunities are expansive
to bring my raging thoughts into action.
Remembered are those who are not passive.
Legacy and action share attraction.

Through action is the way to legacy.
To act without thought will leave you trodden.
Patience with thought and performance are key,
without that one deed you are forgotten.

If the grapevine never took over first,
by cascading up past its surroundings;
taking advantage or even the worst,
then the taste would not be recalled by kings.

Waiting forever, no longer will I.
I’ll step off this cliff. I know I won’t die.
