Solitude, blanket of darkness
CRASH
Is somebody home?
Time, slowly ticking.
BOOM
Rattled, dark images drown my soul.
Contemplation, curiosity versus fear,
Fear has won the battle.
Then CRASH
Curiosity has won the war.
Cold stones dragged across the floor.
Quiet emptiness fills me,
Creek, creek
Darkness grasps,
I have no escape.
