Someone will never know
Someone will never know when she cries,
Someone will never know when she hurts,
All because a smile that is just a cover up,
Someone will never know pain left inside,
Someone will never know how to be her true friend,
Someone will never know she needs someone's hand to hold,
All because that tiny fake smile,
Someone will never know she cries herself to sleep,
Someone will never know that she has suffer,
Someone will never know she screams inside,
This is all because of that smile.
