A thousand knives in a jar;
all ready to kill.
You're the one to do it.
You've got the will.
Have mercy on me,
for all that I've done.
Loving you, and thinking,
that you were the one.
Take me away.
Make me more than a friend.
Sweep me off my feet,
all over again.
Hold me, and tell me,
exactly what to do.
For some reason, my heart,
always listens to you.
As much as I want it,
we can't be together.
