I was so scared to start
Now I’m too scared to let go
I’m afraid to even say
That I always did know
What would happen?
If I didn’t give my life to you
I’d belong to the devil
And my life would be untrue
I would be tangled up
In a huge mess I can’t fix
The devil would deceive me
Will all his dirty tricks
I love the person
That I have become
Because I came to you
When you told me to come
I was so scared to start
Now I’m too scared to let go
