birthday wish

If i could have one single thing
for my birthday wish this year
it would be to have someone to hold
and not shed a single tear
but the only person that i want
is soo far out of reach
for he loves another girl
and a lesson i will teach
i know i should forget him
hes only trouble as it seems
its hard to forget the one you love
when every night hes in your dreams
so maybe i will get my wish
as unlikely as it seems
that he will see how much i love him
and how much he means to me.
