Talented, beautiful, perfect
Hiding Underneath,
Completely Opposite
No, it’s more than that
She receives expectations of a perfectionist
Unable to accomplish her goals
Goals of which are impossible to the normal human
She wants nothing but to be free
Feeling a voice trapped under her skin
Screaming “LET ME OUT”
That voice is somehow tucked away
She has no thought to peel off her skin of confidence
Afraid to witness the mindless opinions of others
Frightened to make a mark on the life story she has written over her years
That insignificant voice will hopefully scream and be heard
One day her mask of perfectionism will fade
Her true person will be revealed
