I forgive you

forgive you for not forgiving me.
For letting the feelings swelter inside
and letting them be.
I forgive you for knocking me down
and showing me reality.
Thank you for showing me that I am stronger than I thought.
I forgive you for making me feel
unwantable,
uneeded,
unappreciated, I
nvisible.
I forgive you for making me see the truth I tried to deny.
Thank you for showing me that I am not a princess
and we are no where near a fairytale.
I forgive you for not believing im sorry...
i forgive you for all the hurtful things you've said.
I forgive you for all the times you didnt call
and all the times you did
but never said a word.
I forgive you for not caring
and I forgive you for trying to ease my pain by not leaving me
but I dont know if I can forgive you
for not being man enough to say we are done.
I forgive you for the hurt you've caused me
and for not forgiving me the pain I've caused deep inside you.
I forgive you for not trusting me
and pretending im not worth your time
but I dont know if I can forgive for the way
you couldnt even be a man
and tell me we are done.
That you need to be away
from the pain I have caused
An I forgive you for making me feel
like this fall apart was all my cause.
