Hurt me if you must
Take it back when I make a fuss
Try and cherr me up when I'm sad
Doesn't work and makes me mad
Worthless peice or crap you say
It's not my fault I shouldn't have to pay
Hold me back when I try and fight
Killing me slowly, oh what a sight
Don't you dare you said you wouldn't
Hopeless to stay I know I shouldn't
I can't help but forgive you for the things you did
I'm so naive, their right I'm just a kid
Open my eyes I need to see
What's it gunna take for me to break free

I love how the poem makes you face the anguish of being abused

I love it!! I love how it rhymes but you can still feel the struggle that this person is feeling. I think its brilliant!
