When did the end
come up over me again
crashing over my shoulders
a bone that I can’t mend

The truth was right there
hanging in the open air
without the closure, I’m calling it over
it’s too late to make amends

Sorry just won’t cut it anymore
no more tears, no more drama in store
no more hour messages on my phone
no more name and number after the tone

I tried to make you see
the monster you were becoming to be
watch out little Tokyo
that crazy Shezilla is on a roll
If only I had known long ago
that her mind was about to blow
watch out, Shezilla’s out of control

I try to find
the least bit of peace and mind
your bite is just as bad as the bark
you chew and spit us out

Rose colored eyes
fill you with the butterflies
we think it’s over, no need for closure
then you become what we despise

Lightening, lightening, storming down on me
we tell you the truth, you refuse to believe
lightening, lightening, don’t you tell me you are calm
I’m not waiting around to see when your thundercloud is gone

I tried to make you see
the monster you were becoming to be
watch out little Tokyo
that crazy Shezilla is on a roll
If only I had known long ago
that her mind was about to blow
watch out, Shezilla’s out of control

Shezilla, throw your head and roar
your rampage is nothing more than
a mirror to who you really are
my friend Shezilla, not my friend anymore

I tried to make you see
the monster you’ve become to be
watch out little Tokyo
that crazy Shezilla is on a roll
It took me awhile but now I know
Shezilla’s a star about to explore
watch out, look out
watch out everybody, Shezilla’s out of control

Note: I made a typo. The line should be:

It took me awhile but now I know

Shezilla’s a star about to explode

It should be explode, not explore, sorry!
