The Wind
I wonder what the future holds for me.
Where I’m going…
I know I can not see
Just let the wind take me wherever it may lead.
I will be fine, as long as I am happy.
It is hard to walk away from all you know
But it is harder to return to what you have let go.
I’ll go off on my own,
Walking alone.
I will listen to what my heart tells me because I know it knows me better than myself.
Life will not always be easy,
but I will get through.
I will let the wind take me where it wants me to move.
