A Portrait
This isnt my usual dribble,
About uncertain love and "will they won't they" riddles.
No this is about your green eyes and not how i miss them,
Its about the day I forgot them and I found my new addiction.
Her name isn't yours or the one that you think it was.
Her name is "stay." And for no reason its what she's done.
Inffectively, day by day. You. Were slowly. Replaced.
And its with her face and her eyes that i fill that empty space.
So take this as you like, with the clear anger and spite.
Your ignorance olny foreshadows a broken heart and a long night.
Or you can take it as what it is. A good bye.
To something that shouldv'e ended after that first time
