Over and over
Again and again
Constantly on repeat
Stuck in my head.
Weakness grips
Where strength should be
Traps a soul
That wants to be free.
Words so easy
To say in my head
Caught in my mouth
On goes the dread.
The conversations
Keep on going
Because I do to
With no one knowing.
What exactly
I want to say
To put an end
To this nightmare of day.
With this mask on my face
It goes on yet again
Repeat of what should
Still stuck in my head.
