Warm Smile
Sitting here, just writing
My poor broken heart aching
My head turns,
I hurt from heartburn
Suddenly I see your warm smile
It had made my life worthwhile.
To feel so happy inside,
All the pain died
Hearing your sweet voice
You left me with no choice
But to fall in love with you.
The memories of the other kid erased for a fraction of a second,
The sounds that surrounded us were deafened
I get lost in your deep brown eyes every time I imagine
If only I was the one who was chosen
Just for you.
When I walk down the busy halls later on in the day,
I no longer feel like a prey
With so much confidence in the air
Life might finally be fair.
He is everything I’ve ever wanted
You’ve made me blinded
By that sweet warm smile of yours…
