Though you have a list of things to do
You wake up in the morning without a care in sight
It's everything and more deep inside of you
And you plan to do them right
But you dont expect the hardships
You dont expect the pain
You want to take the easy trip
But no easy trip has gain
You're tired of playing in the same sad show
And it's not earning any fame
But how do you expect your fruits to grow
Without a little rain
So listen child, tomorrows bright
So please don't go and say goodnight
