Swimming

By , Carol Stream, IL
As is it here in my room listening to the radio I wish that I was in the water singing it to myself nothing is a better stress reliever then the pain of a swimmer the long workouts the crazy workout times the friends who become your real family the adrenaline rush you get when you get on the blocks.
But of course my mom wants me to play basketball she thinks I am great at it she wants me to be great I won’t cause my heart is only in it when I am playing. My dad was a swimmer and when he switched to another school where there was no pool it broke his heart he does not want me to swim either but that is where my heart is in the pool that is all I think about I can’t stop. I WANT TO SWIM!
