Masterpiece Cake Shop Opinion

Jack Phillips from the masterpiece cake shop shoudn't have been sued for his actions. He has the right to refuse survice to anyone. Although he had the right to refuse survice, he didnt. He would still sell the gay couple anything else in his cake shop. He is being sued for refusing to make a cake for a gay wedding because it went against his religion. He beleives that the a cake for such special occasion is not just a cake but a piece of art. Scince it goes against something he beleives in, he shouldn't have to make a cake he doesn't want to.
