Masterpiece Cake Shop v Colorado

Jack Phillips from the Masterpiece Cake Shop shouldn't have been sued by the two men because he kindly denied them service with only a cake.He still provided them service with everything else in the store. He denied them because gay marriage went against his beliefs and religion. He welcomes everyone and did not discriminate them if it was discrimination he would've denied them harshly because of their same sex marriage. I'm on Jacks side he's not guilty.
