Summary: Isabel was just a little girl when she was kidnapped, and she's grown up running tests and getting prodded by needles. Her only companions are the books that line her wall and the "doctor" she's taken a liking to. She's longing to escape back to her life, but not everything is as simple as she thinks.

Christian's been a bully for years. As quarterback of the football team and all-around local heartthrob, he thought he was entitled to it. After he was fatally hit by a car, he's confronted by his years of torture. The only way into heaven now is to protect a "special" person. As Christian fights his way into the afterlife, he finds that his world is much, much bigger than his small town.
