The Fairest of Them All
Summary: Blaire had nothing. Her parents were dead, her best friend abandoned her, and she was left alone to take care of her little sister, Bella. They fled from the city and into the forest. They were greeted with a strangely vacant cottage. The sisters did not know why the owner was gone… until the night when they heard howling in the trees. Blaire learned to protect Bella from the beast. They prepared the cottage once a month, when the wolf came out, and Blaire made sure they were hiding in the basement on “wolf nights”. Everything was fine. Then one night Blaire’s life fell apart. Bella disappeared. She was taken by the wolf. Blaire needed to get her life back together, so she left for the city.

Because of her black hair, red lips, and pale skin, Blaire was given the nickname "Snow White" as a child. Snow White was a legend in the kingdom of Clairburne about a princess who, after being banished by an evil ruler, returned to the castle and became well known as the most beautiful queen in history. Back then, Blaire's nick name meant nothing, but as she grew older, the resemblance between her and the old queen got more pronounced. So when Blaire travels to town to get a job, she is surprised when the people recognize her... as Snow White.
