Summary: Rose and Alex live in Toronto, Ontario. When they find that their pets, Scott/Carter and Taylor, turn into guys with the phases of the moon, they are so excited.
But the boys can't be human forever. At the next lunar eclipse, they'll become dogs for the rest of their lives.
And with an evil witch doctor and mad scientist after them, who knows what will happen.
