Summary: Luna has recently found out about her parents death. Her father leaves her a necklace that was sacred to him. She meets twins who have the same necklace and tell her that her granfather signed a deal in blood with an unknown group called the counsel. All Luna wants is a normal life, with her parent. Is that too much to ask?
