In the year 2154, an alien race of warriors is looking for a new planet after theirs was destroyed by a blackhole. The warrior aliens, named the Maztec, have invaded Earth. The Maztec wage war on the human race—a war to the death. And whoever wins the war gets Earth. The world government then drafts all able-bodied men and women into the army. During the war, a plague breaks out killing most of the humans. Only one million children can be saved with a vaccine. The war finally ends, but the Maztec are unwilling to live on Earth any longer. They leave. Now in the year 2160, the one million children, ranging from ages 3-19, are left to fend for themselves.

What happens next?

Crystal Renée Galaxia finds out. She and her younger twin sisters are three of the lucky ones that were saved. Crystal and her sisters join up with her three teenage cousins and an old crush and his friends. Together, they forge new friendships, save lives,...and learn secrets that no one else knew.
