Summary:

Jake Houston is with his friend on new years even on the way to a convention when he is stopped and hit by his Bully Brent. He sees Brent later and stops him. He begins to work hard to become a football player for his team, and makes the team. He is soon elected by the team to be the Captain, and leads his team to the championship for the first time in a long time.
