Summary: Samantha starts her first day at her new middle school. Afraid and shy, she knows she won't fit in right away. Eliza, being the motherly figure she is, eases her sister's anxiety and goes off to start her first day at her new high school at Birmingham High.

Eliza not only makes a new friend, but her new friend might become something more than just a friend. Already despised for befriending Seth, Eliza becomes the girl behind the popular girls taunts.

Samantha's day is, in comparison to Eliza's, much better. She enters the realm of the cool kids at school and everything is looking sunny side up in her perspective. They will both soon learn that not everything is as it seems.
