Walking through the halls
Hearing constant whispers
Discovering your true friends
This is high school.
Cliques are all over
Full of insecurities
Just looking to fit in
This is high school.
People poking fun at others
Not in their group
Excluding ones who are different
This is high school.
Then there are the select few
Who try to understand you
Those who are accepting
This is high school.
Having confidence
Being kind to everyone
And you are sure to survive
This little thing called high school.
