I completely agree with the author Haley L. on her point of view on Capitol Hill regarding tragedies among schools. I am also tired of seeing all over the news about shootings and fatalities when it keeps happening with nothing to prevent future occurrences. I loved the author’s use of figurative language when she said, “I am sick of it, so sick my stomach churns and my face twists with disgust” in regards to their prayers and condolences. I also believe that no matter how many prayers, condolences and wishes received that traumatic events such as school shootings will still happen until  there is finally a change.
